- Preparation of detailed cost estimates
- Consultation with suppliers and manufacturers of custom-made items
- Review and approval of final shop drawings to ensure compliance with the design project
- Visits to showrooms for selection of finishing samples
- Coordination of the production of custom samples
- Reselection of items when necessary
- Full supervision of procurement documentation and handover to the client
- Monthly procurement reports prepared for the client
