The Site Supervision Service Includes:
- Consultation with the site foreman and contractors regarding project implementation
- Weekly site visits (once per week)
- Monitoring construction works for compliance with the approved design project
- Making adjustments and clarifications to drawings when required
- Providing progress reports on ongoing works
- Preparing and maintaining a comprehensive project progress schedule
