Texture Play: A 104 m² Grey Apartment
Color—or rather, its absence—helped create an interior that never grows boring and can be easily adjusted to suit any mood. The chosen palette provides an excellent foundation for all kinds of color experiments.
Minimalist Apartment with Orange Accents
The clients are a young, energetic couple who appreciate contemporary art and music. They travel extensively, envisioning their ideal home somewhere between Sydney, with its eclectic architecture, and Santiago, known for its impressive promenade areas. To avoid the hassle of restructuring, we retained the developer’s original layout, focusing on technology and functionality. The apartment is divided into two zones — public and private — separated by a walk-in closet.

Apartment for a Moscow Family. American Walnut, Stone, and Luxury Hotel Atmosphere

The project features a dark, warm, natural color palette, combining wood and stone textures with golden metal accents. The open-plan kitchen-living area is painted in a complex grey-brown shade, applied both to the walls and the kitchen fronts. The flooring is engineered wood in American walnut tones, while the textiles are in lighter shades. Luxury and grandeur are conveyed through the chandelier above the dining table and the yellow-metal shelving with a gold-like finish.

The master bedroom continues the living room’s stylistic theme, with walls in a “hot chocolate” tone. The space remains uncluttered in color and detail, creating a calm environment for relaxation. The walk-in closet is not fully enclosed but hidden behind horizontal wooden slats, leading through to the bathroom. The bathroom continues the theme of stone and wood, maintaining a cohesive and minimalist style throughout this part of the apartment.

The client, an energetic young woman, requested a space that is minimalist and calm, yet not boring. With a busy work life and frequent business trips, she wanted her new home to become a comfortable oasis. That’s why she chose an apartment on the top floor, where nothing distracts from relaxation.

This apartment belongs to a young man working professionally in construction and design. The goal was to create a functional, harmonious, and calming interior within a compact space, making the most of every square meter.
A key focus of the project was smart storage solutions. The client is passionate about tennis, so it was important to incorporate dedicated space for storing sports equipment without compromising the overall aesthetic and comfort of the home.
Minimalist Apartment in Central Moscow
Despite its modest size — just over 55 m² after remodeling — the apartment provides a dedicated relaxation area for each family member and well-organized storage solutions. All spaces are unified by a cohesive color palette and consistent materials: Venetian plaster in concrete and natural marble finishes, panels or slats veneered with rich-toned natural wood, and dense grey vinyl flooring.

Functional Three-Room Apartment, 80 m² on Tverskaya

The clients, a young family living on two continents, envisioned this apartment as a seasonal retreat — a place to visit several times a year, enjoy the city center, and then return to Africa for peace and inspiration.

The interior was designed with a hotel-like approach, featuring two full bedrooms and a comfortable kitchen-living area.

A Space for Nature and Active Lifestyle Enthusiasts

A young family with a wide range of hobbies. They sometimes work from home, enjoy hosting guests, and have an adorable corgi. The project was delivered by the developer as a white-box finish, so no changes to the layout were made. The result is a strong, high-quality base interior that can easily evolve with the family’s lifestyle.
